Math: What's up with that?

In elementary I did fractions, decimals, multiplication, and so much more  in math. I was never taught how to divide for some reason. I understood fractions a bit, decimals, multiplication, adding, and subtracting. I did not understand division I learned math best by the iPads that we use today in high school, there are so many apps that are fun and help me learn more, so I learn best this way.
